Description of the mod at Morrowind Modding History site.

A great home for rangers, hunters, rogues, and adventurers (and a nice change for mages and fighters). Visit Timsar the tent maker to earn your own custom-made portable Ashlander yurt. You can find him just north of Falensarano in the Grazelands.

The great thing about the tent is of course that it is mobile: you can carry it and pitch it anywhere where your adventures bring you. Leave the tent and you will be at your camp site again, which makes it a great item to explore the lands of Vvardenfell and Solstheim. In contrast to some other mobile homes, you will enter and exit just as fast as any other door. Loading of exterior locations added by other mods is still slow, but it will work. The tent is fairly heavy but there is enough storage inside to make up for it. Furthermore, it is very cozy and practical: it has a return amulet and an ingredients crystal that automatically puts all your ingredients in an urn. If you are able to complete a quest for Timsar, he can also extend the tent with a yurt in the void realm: this one has plenty storage, armor mannequins, display cases, and a teleportation shrine. As an extra, you can also find a nice ebony bow and ebony claymore during the quests for Timsar.
Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon, (or maybe just Bloodmoon), cleaned with tesame.

IMPORTANT: Please read the readme file as it contains information regading it's use, bugs, and compatibility issues.

NB. This mod is submitted on behalf of Aragon

Reply: Thanks Thondur for the workaround when using Tamriel Rebuild. The readme explains how to make such extension yourself, which is fairly easy to do. I'll try too see for myself how easy it is.
